Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born on September 3, 1976, in the United States is an actress. There are a few soap-opera roles, including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. Also, she performed the regular part of Daphne during the second season of HBO drama series True Blood. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. At the time, in Maury County, she began in teaching Kindergarten and the First Grade Reading. In 1998 she married Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated into Thompsons Station. Her first teaching job was at Bethesda Elementary, where she taught 4th grade. Between 1999 and 2000, Ashley taught as she earned her Masters of Teaching degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. However In 2000, they opened the doors to Baylor. Ashley spent her last 15 years in service to the community, with a focus on children's development at the church she was a part of and in the local community. Ashley is an active leader in the Preschool Ministry as well as the Student Ministry within Thompson Station Church. Ashley homeschooled her three children for three years during the time she was at her home. Ashley taught History in the homeschool tutorial in their time of homeschooling. God showed her family, that although she enjoyed being at home with her children and having time with them, it was now time for Ashley to go back to the classroom.
